This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing & Production Time
Because most of our products are custom-made or made to order, please allow time for production before shipping:
- Ready-made / stock items: ship within [1–3] business days.
- Custom & personalized items: production takes approximately [5–10] business days after proof approval, then ships.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or holidays. Production begins only after any required deposit is paid and your proof is approved.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected service. Available methods may include [Standard, Priority, Expedited] via [USPS / UPS / other carriers]. Any free-shipping promotions will be noted on our site and apply only as described.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, typical transit times are:
- Standard: [3–7] business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Total time to receive your order = processing/production time plus transit time.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
5. Shipping Delays
Estimated dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, high-volume periods, or supplier shortages. If a significant delay occurs on our end, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at daniel@dnlcreations.net within 7 days and we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier where possible.
8. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in the Whittier, CA area for select orders. If offered, you'll see a pickup option at checkout along with pickup instructions. Orders not picked up within [14] days may be subject to cancellation.
9. International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by your local authorities.
10. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Orders containing both ready-made and custom items may ship separately. You'll receive tracking for each shipment, and you won't be charged extra shipping for a split we initiate.
